The rue de Bellechase runs through the left bank, my favorite part of Paris. Cafés mix with antiquaries and shops redolent with the chic of Paris' decorative arts.
The Bellechase group of furniture takes it's place in the heart of this tradition. I have added a motif that could center a beautiful wrought iron railing on quintessential French doors on this very remarkable street to the classic lines and proportions distilled from the finest 18th century examples of French court furniture.
The Bellechase series is best enjoyed in the lush garden courtyard of a Latin Quarter townhouse scented by camellias and surrounded by the easy laughter of friends and lovers. Can you hear Edith Piaf lilting through the air?
