VENEMAN WARRANTY- COMMERICAL/CONSUMER
 

VENEMAN CAST ALUMINUM WARRANTY
Veneman Collections will warranty all Cast Aluminum frames for five years from date of purchase to original owner with proof of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use or peels, cracks or blisters within the five years, Veneman Collections will repair, refinish or replace the frame at factory discretion(with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 12 months. Veneman Collections will cover the cost of round-trip warranty ground freight during the first 12 months in the Continental U.S. Customer is responsible for the cost of warranty ground freight after the 12 month period. Veneman collections offers the following warranty on frame finishes: five years on all powder-coated finishes, and one year on liquid or antiqued finishes.

Note: Mocha Bella and Carerra finishes are not recommended for pool-side use as chlorine may cause discoloration of clear coat finish.


SEASIDE USE: Due to demands of salt air, Veneman Collections recommends weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation. Veneman also recommends quarterly waxing of your Veneman cast aluminum frames to assist in products’ maximum longevity. Failure or neglect to make needed cleanings may cause paint to blister, and such failure will void Warranty.
Proof of purchase is required. Pictures or inspection may be required to support warranty claim.

VENEMAN WOVEN WARRANTY
Veneman Collections will warranty all Woven product frames for 2 years from the date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use, Veneman Collections will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 6 months. Veneman Collections will cover the cost of round-trip warranty ground freight during the first 12 months in the Continental U.S. Customer is responsible for the warranty ground freight after the 12 month period.

FOAM & FABRIC
We warranty our foam & filler, fabric on our cushions, umbrellas and slings for one year against tearing, discoloration or fading except on C.O.M. fabric.
Note:  Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer.  Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100 F when washing.  Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to resin and outdoor fabrics.

C.O.M. (Customer’s own fabric) – Subject to factory approval. Customer must assume fabric liability.

Veneman or its suppliers may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint etc at any time.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY:
• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
• Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
• Hardware including Teak Slats
• Fading of clear coat on Mocha Bella and Carerra paint finishes
• Umbrella bases after 1 year
• Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials
• Normal fading of woven materials
• Wind damage on umbrellas and canopies
• Return Freight after 1 year
• Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood or staining
• Glides
• Glass and Acrylic Table tops
• Acts of Nature
• Tissage Leg frame finish after 1 year
• Attached Custom Canopies and Canopy on Opal Lounge
• Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing   temperatures
• Crank umbrellas are not covered for commercial use
• Custom product- factory discretion
• Cushions that have been dry cleaned or used in a washing machine or dryer.
